When choosing a cellular provider, coverage is the most important
aspect. How can you use your phone to its fullest if it doesn't get good
reception in your home area? There are other factors to consider, of
course -- price, phone selection, customer service -- but none of that
matters if the coverage isn't there. That's why we're bringing you this
review tool. By entering in your location information and selecting a
carrier you can see what others have to say about coverage in the region.
Below you can enter in your ZIP code, or enter in your city, state, and
street location. The street is optional, but the more specific the
information the more filtered the reviews. This way you can check to see
if that carrier with a cool new phone model will provide good service in
your area. What's the use of a killer phone if you get poor service?
We hope this tool, which pulls from over 4000 reviews (reviews are
aggregated from Going Cellular and our sister sites; BBGeeks and Prepaid
Reviews) helps you find more specific information which can help you
make a more informed decision on your cellular purchase.
I just got a NOKIA 2760 2 days ago, and to tell you guys, IT'S AWESOME! You can't beat the service and plans. I don't really talk a lot but I got the Pay By The Day plan and it's 10x better than the Pay As You Go Plan because for $1 dollar a day, (Only on days you use your phone) you get: Unlimited Nationwide calling to any T-Mobile number, Unlimited Night Minutes starting at 7:00PM ending at 7:00AM and to call any other number it's at a low rate of $0.10 per minute. On Pay As You Go of course, You get GOLDREWARDS (15% more minutes after a purchase of $100 in minute refills). I had AT&T GOPHONE previously an then Virgin Mobile. Both of them sucked. Since I live in Chicago, there should at least be 2 bars or more for signal strength. When I was in my house, I wanted to make a test call to my house phone and on both of them, there was no signal at all in the house. With my T-Mobile phone, in my house I always got 5 signal bars. So basically, the previous services I had (Virgin Mobile, AT&T GOPHONE) were expensive, and had horrible signal. I am a very first custumer of T-Mobile and I'll never switch to any other service.
Terrible customer service. Very long waits on hold and when you finally get someone they're idiots and couldn't answer my questions. Got switched around to different departments, on hold again for too long and get more idiots that don't know anything. How could this be?? I was so frustrated that I sent the phone kit back and I'm back with Tracfone.
