Anyone else a Firefox loyalist? I won’t use anything else. Just upgraded to 3.0 beta, though the full release hits this coming Tuesday. (Slight qualm: It looks a lot like Safari. I hate Safari.) They’re also looking to launch a mobile browser. Could that signal the end for Opera? Probably not. But for us Firefoxers, it’ll be a nice alternative. I’ll toss up the concept video after the jump.

Sprint has announced 40 markets for its QChat service, which should hit tomorrow. I say “should” because you never know with Sprint. You’ll need the LG LX400, Samsung Z400, or the Sanyos PRO-200 or PRO-700 for access.
Verizon is launching the Palm Centro, the tiny little PDA that has drawn rave reviews during its exclusive tenure at Sprint. It’ll cost you just $99 with a new contract.
Speaking of Verizon, they plan to offer a discount for customers who subscribe to both their wireless service and their FiOS TV/Internet/Home phone service. I’m a satisfied FiOS customer. It’s been nearly flawless ever since I finally convinced customer service to replace my original router.
